well my Lex is still running strong but i want to keep options open prior to overhauling the engine. i have 210,000 miles and it is still running beautifully. what things do i need to buy to ensure a good quality overhaul? are there aftermarket or upgrades for the parts i need to do a overhaul? any suggestions or information would be much appreciated. thanks

Keep on driving it. Try to break a record for the highest mileage. If you are not looking to Hi-Pro. I would keep on driving it.
