Default noob here, don't understand most of the terminology yet so bare with me

hi guys, well first of all, i tried searching for what i been looking for i haven't really found, i've learned a little, but not as much as i want to, i want to buy rims for my car, and i am sort of grasping how everything works but i'm still new to cars period.. this is a link to what i want
http://www.atlantawheels.net/Platinu...oak-23165.html

PLATINUM - TYPE 413/414 CLOAK, CHROME.. it's 18x8+42 on this site i've also seen +38 offset. difference?

but i don't know if it will fit because i heard the brakes are bigger on a 93 and i really wanted a real deep dish rim at first, but it won't fit, low offset? and i don't want to have my rims cambered at all or have my steering affected that much, i plan on lowering the car a little like an inch with megan LP's later too, so if someone can please help me in noob terms, really jus if it will fit or not and what tire sizes i need, would i have to roll my fender out, haha sorry guys i'm trying to learn
