Default Anyone on these SC430 wheels? (Not pie dishes)

I see a bunch of Pie dish threads but I was wondering if anyone was on these, I assume they're a bit more rare since they were optional and I haven't seen them very much... I also assume these would need the 10/15mm front and 25mm Ichiba spacers as well?

Post-Apocalypse update(12-22-12):

I wonder why no one runs these wheels... I think they match my LS perfectly.

havent seen anyone on them since people tend to favor the LS/GS 5 spoke 18s more.

will still require spacers, yes

Thanks PD.

Don't get the Ichiba spacers. They have terrible customer service and don't stand behind their products.

@ OP
I always wondered too and contemplated getting them. The price was too much imo.

Are you talking the V2? What problems you encounter? I ran 15mm for months without any issue, so haven't delt with cs.

Long story, but Ichiba swears LS are lug centric... Which proves they suck.

These will work great. Best price as well. And with Lexus wheels the hub that comes with the kit fits. I have 15mm F 25mm R. Spacing is perfect for a +45 18" Lexus wheel. Any wider will require fender work.

Ebay and Ebay.

unknown company= no faith in them.

the adapter portion is straightforward but i've seen too many snapped studs to trust anything but my H&Rs and maybe Eibach/Project Kik's.

I hear ya. The machining and fit was perfect. I am sure I will notice problems if mine are not up to par. Studs breaking usually comes from improper installation and the wheel lugs vibrating loose. This is what the mechanic told me.

You guys are going off topic with the spacers.

Those 2006 wheels look better than prior year SC wheels. I'm surprised we haven't seen more of them and even in the wheel classifieds FS.

I saw those before I bought my Ichibas (Just paid for them about 20 mins ago). But like PD, I saw unknown machinist and decided no...

However, I didn't check, but if they're a company based in San Bernardino, I can pretty much 100% assure you that they are made by the company who previously built adapters and spacers for Adaptec Speedware (One of the biggest and popular adapter and spacer companies out there). If anyone remember them stopping the market for a few months and then releasing a new series with engravings? The ones without engravings were the San Bernardino based company.

The reasoning as to why the Post-Adaptec company stopped manufacturing adapters was due to slow turnover rates. Only reason I know this is because I have a connection with them and would have had them make me a set but I don't want to wait 6 months and constant phone calls. However, they could have a set of 4 adapters made at like $200 for a set, which isn't bad for a company that makes a billet spacer.

But yeah, I got a set of Ichiba V2s and tires coming in and I just picked up a set of those wheels I pictured in my OP. Should have them bolted up on the car soon.

Those SC430 wheels on the 98-00 LS400 look pretty nice. Very bulky look, but it looks much more masculine than the stock 16s that came with it. Nice!
