Find all the bolts for the rear seat back and remove them. They're under the headrest, behind the center armrest, near the seat belts and probably a few more.

The seat cushion simply pulls out.(it takes some force)

Then if you pry on the rear deck cover, you can access and remove the bolts without the aweful task of removing the rear deck cover..

Make sure you dont ruin the clips that your backseats clip onto. Its relatively difficult to pry back on if you have forced the clips in any way.

To remove the back one u have to pull out the bottom first then you will see another 3-4 bolts holding the back after that it should come right off if you have taken all the other bolts behind the headrest already

dont remove the back deck.
Pry on it just enough to access the bolts.

Are u trying to take out the whole back seat? Cause you do have to remove it to access the rear struts. Take out all the headrest lift the tab with Velcro and you should see bolts. One on each left and right side of headrest and 4 in the middle. After doing so pull the bottom seat up and that will give you access to the bolts on the bottom holding the rear back seats. Once done with that it should come out easily
