So I have a 1992 LS400 Paint Code 3H9 for the Dark Taupe Metallic.

My confusion comes from this, If the car is 2 tone what is the paint code/Name for the bottom half of the car? I have called automotive touch up and even they couldn't figure out what color it is...

Can anyone shed some light on this?

*UPDATE*

Possibility that the bottom color is UA33 Dark Rose Metallic, Still need clarification.

I've been going over the paint codes for the LS's. PD has the combo's for the '99 but that will not be useful for you because this has not been a constant color carried through. Best solution at this point is to contact the dealer or other Lexus affiliated body center and verify the combo's.

Please post back so that I can append this to the 1-LS paint codes archive. This also applies to fellow LS owners from '89-00 so that the FAQ can be as accurate as possible.

So I don't have the codes for all of the UCF10's but I called Lexus directly and after about an hour of being on the phone -__- we were able to determine that UA33 Dark Rose Metallic is the corresponding two tone color to 3H9 Dark Taupe Metallic.
