Default How hard is it to replace the cooling fan clutch bearing bracket and water pump?

Hi, I am fairly new to working on my own car. The extent of my experience has been pretty basic, brakes, radiator, and air filter. My question is I recently had my brake light, battery light, oil light, and coolant light come on at the same time. I have a 1990 LS400. After opening up the hood, I noticed that the serpentine belt had come off and the fan was a little askew. I jiggled the fan a little bit and the fan came straight out. I am now assuming that I need to replace the bracket and probably the water pump. Anybody out there that has a little more experience than me have any advice for me?
