Had to drive 3 and half hours one way to get it but it was worth it... She's a one owner vehicle with clean carfax report, checked lexus site as well all records are up to date with carfax... couldn't find a better deal on it... feel like I stole it from the guy for that price

I'd say so! That's a great deal! I've seen some local to me that wanted that sort of money for between 120-180k miles....
I almost got my hands on a 92 with similar mileage but the owner didn't want to sell and I wasn't going to pay the price to pry it from his hands!
Plans for it?

Great deal! KBB on my 99 with 72k is 14 grand. KBB seems a little above what the market will bring but still you picked up a beauty. I have the same model as yours except with Nakamichi and without the heated seats. They are a real joy to drive. I would look into the timing belt service at some point. You have really low mileage but Lexus recommends the service every 7 years. There seems to be a consensus that mileage is really the determining factor when it comes to the timing belt but I am sure weather conditions and time takes their toll on the rubber belts as well.
