Today I installed some seat covers. But did it in such a way that I still had access to the seat movement controls, first aid kit, and pocket in the back of the front seats.

From this:

Using these:

It isnt this wrinkled anymore.

With access to all the oe hardware.

I am considering doing a tutorial for this because it turned out very nice and I took pictures.
Any interest? Ill get a tutorial up asap if so...

today I bypassed my leaking heater core. I don't really need heat since I'm in Arizona. I also installed a k&n drop in filter to replace the dirty paper one. Unless I'm unaware of common engine upgrades, this will but my only "upgrade" for my engine.

You used high-temp clear coat, right? Either way, you get props for ingenuity!

Stripped out the trunk to find and fix a leak (turns out the last body shop to have the rear bumper off neglected to install the 6 screws along the trunk face and water was leaking in through the bolt holes), rubber coated/sealed everything while it was apart, installed new rear sway bar bushings and links, mounted a LED flood light under the passenger side rear bumper pointed down to the curb to light up the ground while backing up as not to murder my wheels while parallel parking at night!

Tomorrow I am going to tackle the front end (upper control arms, LBJ's, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar links and sway bar bushings) and the rear carrier bushings as well as finish wiring up the curb light to the reverse light. Also have to figure out where my PS is leaking from... YAY leaks!

Took Ms.Lexy to the shop and found out that it will be needing new front calipers and lower ball joints.. Took it out from the shop and decided to do the work myself. I haven't bought the parts but I will be doing this project next weekend.

I also installed a new battery and fixed the tilt motor on the steering wheel.
