Default Custom exhaust routing for 98-00 LS400's?

So browsing all of the exhaust threads and in the recent photos thread I've seen a few with mufflers actually exiting the rear bumper. I know that Vincent trimmed his rear bumper for his tips. What have you guys done for fitment? Does having the lower muffler cause more clearance issues? Post up your rears with custom exhausts. I'm trying to avoid the factory look.

I run separate mufflers and tips (that i've been needing to redo). The mufflers are tucked high up against the body and the tips come just far enough to meet my cutouts (which arent as deep as vince's).

Did you leave your rear bumper stock or actually cut into it? I'm nervous about cutting into it and will proba ly just have the body shop do it first.

I had the exhaust shop cut it. They did a great job.

I cut the very bottom of mine, used a heated blade, a dremel, and a sanding drum to finish the edge. But i need to make deeper cutouts for my new tips.
