Smile Thanks

Ordered capacitors.
Took a little longer to get computer out than I thought.
Brother in law soldered them in.
Replaced computer.
Crossed fingers.....

Fired right up.
Starts better (quicker).
No longer fast idles (would jerk when putting in gear).
Steering seems better (too much assist at speed before).

Many, many thanks to Yamae and LSCowboyLS for this great forum.
I fully support their statements that ALL will need this fix.

Yikes! - you are correct, they are sold out, I have added a link to an alternate factory authorized source to the first post in this thread (where the link that is sold out is)

I believe that one was sold out when I ordered mine about a month ago also. I was trying to stick with all the same brands, but with that one I went with one of the others on the list.

that particular cap never had any alternatives listed, so what did you buy?

maybe it was a different cap that was sold out?

Must have been a different cap. I just know when I ordered, I tried to get all chemi-con caps, but one of them was a panisonic because they were sold out.

no, he was referring to the 10uF which has no other ones approved, and I did not realize it had sold out! - I will have to stay on top of it better!
