wow..first question asked should have been...describe the problem. telling us it feels like air in the lines isnt telling us anything because what u think is an air in the lines symptom, might not be. if ur brake fluid drained from the master cylinder and the car was running,or even with the car in the on position...u probably ruined ur abs unit. you said u caught it at the last second..im not too sure u actually did

no it wasnt leaking from the master cylinder,i noticed it leaking from the cylinder in the brake caliper where it pushes the brakes, the cylinder had popped out of place because the brake pad had popped out of place while driving causing it to just push its way out then started to leak from there,, the reaason that happend because the bolts that holds it in place wasnt tight and came out,im guessing previouse owner didnt do a good job at it

Bleed the master and the abs unit as described in the shop manual. I don't know the procedure on these cars or I would tell you. It's probably air in the master somewhere or the ABS unit, if you in fact did bleed each caliper correctly and in order. You lost some major fluid and I'd be surprised if air didnt work it's way up the system while driving around with no pad and the piston fully extended and than gone.

Usually you just have to start with the furthest corner from the master and than the next furthest and so on. That is just a normal rule of thumb there may be an exact order for the LS but it's likely what I said.

Just so you're doing it right. (bleeding) Have someone pump the brake pedal 3 times and hold the pedal down, you open the bleeder valve on each caliper until the pedal goes to the floor, then you close the valve, THEN he releases the pedal. Repeat until just fluid comes out the valve, no air bubbles. Just figured I would say that b/c it sounds like you're not doing it right.
If the caliper piston came out and you were still using the brakes then you pulled a hell of alot of air in there.
