need help:98 Ls400 replacement srs airbags
Hi there guys I have very bad news I need advice please.....OK now this is my story, first of all I purchase my 98 ls400 for $5200 and I slam it on D2's and rolling on 19 inch wheels with barely any under clearance, last week I was on the freeway going to work and ran over a roadkill (normal size dog) the roadkill didn't damage my front bumper at all not even a scratch......but it did go under my car and made it out the end........now when that happen both of my front srs airbags deploy on me.....FML.......
Insurance is willing to pay me $7,962 for total lose cause they don't want to replace the airbags and said its gonna cost alot, but if I buy the car back they are willing to give me $4,466 and my SALVAGE Ls400........now my question is how much will it cost to fix this problem if I decided to buy it back and to the job myself?
BADS : Both front airbags deploy steering wheel/ passenger dash, both front seat belts are lock, srs airbag dash lights on......ect
What else do I need to make this car run legal again in California?
