My new '92 LS400!!!
I plan on eventually doing some work with it, but it will be awhile till that happens.

It's my 2nd LS. My first one was a 1990 Celsior/LS400 when I lived in Japan. Wish I could have brought it back with me.

I was in Misawa, Japan. I had a fully loaded 1st gen Celsior with air and all the massage mode for the rear seats. I should have kept some parts from that car.
I recommend everyone who has the opportunity to go to Japan to go. Best 4 years ever!

i lived there for many years,i love it,really wish i can find a job at 1 of the bases so i can go back lol

i was tryin to do the same thing. its just really expensive over there with the yen rate right now. finding a job that has decent pay on base is also hard. i got offered a job at a european (bmw, jaguar, and benz) import dealership in sendai. my japanese is lacking in though. that would make it a little hard to sell cars i think.

I am new here as well. I just bought a 1996 LS with 95xxx miles and did the timing belt watder pump maintenance last week.
When i read you painted the grille I thought ewwwww. but it looks very good.
Nice job.
I'd love to go to Japan and be able to stay there for a while.
