You can see the PS Air control Valve (#17630) from the top...

The vacuum helps assist with the steering at various speeds. Some people take it out and plug it up completely since the part is like $80 and may leak again. Check the thread for more details.

Awesome info, thanks so much for the help. I got a bolt from the hardware store with the same threads then used a little blue atv for sealant. Got it all buttoned up tight and voila! no more leak. Thanks folks!!!
