Exclamation Need Help 1994 LS400 Problems! Please!!

I have a beautiful 1994 Lexus L400 with 119,000 miles on it. My father gave me the vehicle about 9 months ago. Not being able to drive it is, killing me inside...Its been sitting in my garage for about 8 months we have brought it to a couple mechanics and nobody can figure out what is wrong. Me and my friend can't figure out what to do Please help!!

Problems:
When you ask for power it chokes out
When try to give any gas it flat lines.

Replaced or changed:
changed coil, spark plug wire, timing belt, replaced maf, replaced caps and routers

Please if you can help or have any idea what the problem is, please respond! either here or buckkevin@live.com Thanks for your time.

I might say o2 sensor or tps sensor. What codes did you pull off?

Sure sounds noisy and rough but my be the camera mic or echos.
