93 ls400 code 13 and 24
My 93 ls400 started running bad today check eng light came on as well as trac light when i pulled the cods they were 13 rpm signal fault and 24 intake temp sensor not sure where to start neither are cheep parts can anyone help.

Your Air Intake Sensor, (code 24) is inside the Air Flow Meter and can't be changed seperately, need to change the whole AFM. That is also triggering the "trac off" light. It's pretty expensive new but you can pick up a used one at the junkyard for about $75, if ya can find one. If you need to run better "temperarely", you can unplug the AFM which will make the car run in Fail Safe mode. But dont run like that for too long b/c it will be running very rich.

Thanks Deanshark after doing an ohms test on the amf I found it was dead I started looking around there are a few toyotas that use the same amf unpluging it didnt help any but that was worth a shot thanks again for the input.

I think the early Toyota Supra uses the same AFM if you have this model over the pond.
