who owns white modded LS in san mateo?
i think an asian girl owns the car, but i've see a white modded LS in san mateo with a full body kit on it. it might be between the years 96-99....i've always seen it after work driving home around san mateo and the redwood city area....anyone from here own??

i saw it yesterday again at the gas station in redwood city.....next time i'm pulling up next to her and asking..hahah....
