Default Source of engine oil leaks

I like to understand better sources of engine oil leaks for first generation LS. Besides the two valve covers (including those 4 little semi-circle plugs), two cam seals, one crank seal, upper and lower oil pans, where else could engine oil leak from? which are the common ones?

By "rear main seal", you mean the output shaft seal right? (a.k.a. transmission extension housing seal)

Also, is it pretty common for those four semi circle plugs to leak after 200k miles?
