Lowering Driver side front seat in 99 LS?
I was wondering if anyone out there has lowered the drivers side seat or if it was possible. I have a long torso and i am unable to drive sitting up straight.

Yes i Am tall enough for this to be a problem i have adjusted the seat down as far as i can and manage with it. But i threw my back out and now I need to sit up straight and my torso is to tall I have a friend that is 6'5 and when we sit down im 2 inches taller than him in my torso so its a problem im only asking people if they know if its possible to lower the set frame itself not to adjust it or not once my back is healed and i can drive again i will go out and look into it.

I have the same problem on the LS400 I'm looking for. I'm 6.5" tall, and I just lack a few mm's more to be installed properly. I checked the known vids about unmounting the factory seats on youtube and I saw that the mounting is very well made and near to the ground, I believe you will not be able to change anything on this regards, because anything smaller than that would be too lightweight to widstand everyday use.
(just for recap, here the link, details of the back structure of the seat at 06:52 .
Whatever, I guess that the point of taking 1 or 2 inches of material out of the seat cushion isn't dumb and could probably be easily made by a professionnal.
