Default ohmmeter.

I'm getting ready to check my ignition coil and the MAF, haven't used an ohmmeter so can someone tell me what I should set the meter on? On the meter I see where you set it to the OHM setting but what number do I set it on? (2M) (200k) (20k) (2k) or (200)?

I'm checking this on a LS400 1993.

Thanks for any help.
