The seal remover goes on the outer edge, so it doesn't scratch the cam.

Do you have the dust boot for the tensioner? If one didn't come with the new tensioner (it should) you can just use the old one if it's not damaged and in good shape. Good job with the rest. Glad ya got it figured out.

What about threadlock? Pretty much the only thing I see in the service manual that uses it is the TB idler bearing. Is it just sort of assumed that everything gets threadlock, or do people leave it out?

Ps we need a few more people called Dean in here, just to add to the level of confusion
