I was looking at pictures of the UCF20 Engine cover and was wondering if anyone has put the UCF20 Engine cover on a UCF10. I mean hey they are all 1UZ engines right? Part of me was thinking there might be some issue since I don't see it occur very often. I would very much like to put one on my LS but I don't have access to a UCF20 cover and I don't want to buy one and have it not fit at all.

The 95-97 cover may work since the intake is routed from the back like the 90-94's. The 98-00's intake is routed from the front.

Yeah I was thinking that they would be a similar fit ^ wasn't 100% sure though.

Yes, it will fit. I picked a 1uz with the cover from a 1995 LS this weekend.



The 1995 1uz has an addition mounting bracket on the egr valve.



The cover bolts there and to a threaded boss on the throttle body and the upper ignition coil mount (both of which are on the early 1uz. I test fitted the cover on my 1992 1uz and it fits

Got a UCF20 cover yesterday with the brackets for $2 from a local salvage yard. Installed on my 91 LS engine in 3 minutes tops. Yea buddy!

Hey guys. I just bought a engiver cover for my 91' :-) Gotta make my own bracket though. But shouldnt be that hard.

Well i fell for it too. Mine will be here on wed from ebay. $50. Ordered the bracket for $5 from lexuspartsnow. The things we do for our cars.

Hey Johnnyg66 whats the part # for the bracket? 8-) For $5 i'm lazy enough to buy it instead of fumbling with something myself :-P But yeah the things we do for our cars haha. We are car crazy people.
