Default Need help no start after battery change

Hi, I've got a 97 LS400 that sat for about a month and the battery went dead. I replaced the battery and immediately horn starts blaring and headlights come on, as well as three lights on the dash (seatbelt and 2 lights next to it I can't recall), I figured anti theft was the issue. However I noticed no power at all to the doors, among other weird power losses. I checked all of the fuses and I found 3 mini fuses blown under the steering wheel and 2 mini fuses as well as the 120A ALT fuse blown under the hood. Replaced all of these fuses and nothing changed, still the same 3 lights, no power to doors, I can turn the key and engage the starter but it won't crank the motor. What is going on here?

If you blew fuses you might have inadvertently had a polarity issue of some kind on installation. If the battery simply goes dead and you properly install a new battery, it should not blow fuses. So there may have been some type of install mishap.

Battery installed correctly and shows 12.6V in the correct direction. Replaced the blown fuses and they all blew again. 7.5 rear dome, 20 radio no 1, 7.5 stop-s, 10 gauge, and 15 pwr-ig

It could be just a short somewhere, if that's the case it's simply just a matter of tracing the wires and figuring out what is causing the problem. Maybe you inadvertently messed with some wires near the location you were working under the hood and maybe find something there, or not. But it's just a matter of trouble shooting the wiring. Without being there no one is going to know where to look, it's something you have to trace, if that is indeed what it is.
