All the lights came on, but turning the key from ON to START did nothing.

This is the picture I used for reference. The fuse I speak of is right where the flash covered the picture (I got this off eBay). Its on the other side of the 3 breakers.

What year do you have? We may have different years.

Hi. No pic showed up ?? :S

I have a 1992 Toyota Celsior, which, for all intents and purposes, is the same as the 1992 Lexus LS400. I think :P Its a 1UZ-FE.

The fuse I speak of is the ST fuse on the bottom

TENCHU and TINMAN. You have solved my problem. It was the darm 7.5A fuse. No idea how me, and 2 other people missed this. I think that I thought that those fuses to the side were 'spare', like some other cars have.

Although (there is always an although), I replaced the fuse with another 7.5A, and went to start it and nothing, so I checked it again. It was blown again, so I replaced it again with a 10A. It works fine now, ALTHOUGH, now, the AIR BAG light stays on while driving :S

Im going out to check the fuses for that again, but just thought id let you know that its solved now

Thanks so much...

Glad I could be of help

The airbag light will need to be reset, follow this tutorial:
http://www.lexls.com/tutorials/light...rbaglight.html

And its funny, when I blew some fuses in my LS a couple days after getting it, I thought that the row separate from the main fuse box were spares as well, so I took the 7.5A "ST" fuse (not knowing it was the ST fuse, I have no fuse box cover) and placed it in the IGN spot. I just so happened to noticed by luck that the place which I stole the 7.5A fuse from actually had metal inside, and not just plastic like a spare holder would.

I have a 1995 LS400 experiencing this exact same issue. We have gone through almost all the fuses, replaced the starter, starter relay and still no luck.
