You could also redrill the wheels to 5x114.3 but thats a lot of work and money for some wheels that dont even look or fit all that great IMO.

Iroc Z wheels on a Lexus? I'm almost scared to ask about your other plans for your car.

IMO, wheels should only be on the brands of vehicles they were designed for. In this case, the Iroc Z wheels should not be mounted on a Lexus, only on some other old oil-burning GM product.

I understand where your coming from, but car companies are so intermingled these days its hard to say/set a solid black or white on this. Is it ok to put supra wheels on a GS300, both Toyota in a way. RX8 wheels on a mustang or vice verse.... both are ford in a way. Who draws the line on this.
The VW guys have been sticking VETTE wheels on their cars for a bit now, i think it looks sick on some applications. Ive even seen a few Honda guys do it and it can be pulled of in their world as well. It really depends on the vehicle as much as the other mods performed. A set of Z wheels is not ganna look right on a stock plymouth reliant, but a tuned AE86 is a different game.

Modifications are purely subjective, therefor there are no permanent lines. The SC300 and Supra are virtually one in the same vehicle (please spare the discussion of major differences, I know them), therefore mounting Supra wheels on a SC300 would be the same as mounting Iroc Z wheels on a Firebird/Trans-Am. Of course, I am running 18" GS430 wheels on my LS430 and had the 18" LS430 wheels on my 99 LS400, but they were still made by Lexus.

My opinion only, you can feel free to agree or not, a set of wheels such as the Iroc Z or anything similar would only decrease the visual appeal of a LS400. You would also have to buy adapters ($100.00 down the drain), which that money could potentially go toward a more decent looking wheel (Stock 18" LS/GS wheels maybe?).

personally i feel like regardless of brand, the wheels should at least fit the type of car. you're lexus isn't a muscle car designed for speed, so why would you want muscle car wheels on a luxury sedan? I guess its all about personal preference, as has been previously stated.

With a paint job, you'd be bringing that car into the late 90's. I like it.
