LED Signals Front&Rear question

i tried putting LEDs for Front&Rear signals. and when i would signal, it would stay on and make a buzzing sound... Why??
HELP...

I would look for a flasher module that is LED approved and some led lights have a resistor to help with flashing.

the thing is i have LED signals in the rear and its ok..
but when i have front & rear it doesnt blink when i signal it stays on and buzzes
