Default 1992 LS400 won't start

I have a 1992 lexus LS and the wire horness on the drivers side has power but parts of the hourness don't are they different ones wrapped in the same one? like the fuel injector plugs are getting power but distributor and crank shaft sensor plugs are not getting any power but coils are getting power but thats on the other horness when I try to start it up...the RPM stick moves alittle but don't start because the crankishaft is not getting any power and the cam sensors right? . so what would make the these plugs not get any power? i have checked all fuse-links, and all fuses and I don't think it could be the ECM because it puts out codes If the ECM put out codes then thats working right? I'm stumped. would like some help please because I'm about to kill this car hah

From what I can gather from your post you seem to be over complicating your diagnosis.
The 1st thing you need to do is determine whether it is a fuel problem or an ignition problem then go from there.
The crank sensor is an inductive coil and generates its own voltage signal so measuring it for a supply voltage will prove nothing,it's whether or not it is providing the correct signals to the ECU.

Well the distributor plug is not getting any power, It's hooked up to the same horness that the crankshaft sensor is plugged in to. so I was thinking it was the horneess that was bad. But right now Coils get power, fuel pump is working because Im getting gas I know this for sure. I just don't know what else to check. maybe give me a very FINE run-down on everything to check-look for?

Pull the diagnostic codes to see if there are any stored ones which may help you in the right direction
