Converting air suspension to regular. Help needed
I have a 96 that has the air suspension and with 250k on the clock its seen most of its days. Question is what do I do?
Back end of car lowered and local guy couldn't get computer to read. I had to take it to Lexus and even they had problems reading it. They feared it was the ECU but turns out it was just a sensor in the back. I found the part myself (new) for $392. I'd have to install it then take it back to have code cleared. So far I am in 145.
At this point I'm not sure what to do. Maybe find the part I need from a yard then sell the car as is or do a conversion to coilovers and use it as a second vehicle. That choice is up to me but I wanted opinions on this:

I am very much a DIY guy and have been for years so this project does not scare me. The parts do. Feedback seems good and price seems very good but I am worried it's junk. Anyone use before? I know from my BMW not to buy off eBay but I may give them a chance.
Thanks for the help! I hope to be an asset on this board.

If your leaning to the eBay brand for 600.00 I would more than recommend Megan racing coilovers such as these: http://www.meganracing.com/product_d...=1061&catid=86
I run the better, LP series ones but wanted to give you something closer in price to the eBay brand.
