1998 LS400 doesnt unlock door and turn off alarm :/
I have first serious problem with my LS400, today when i want go to work, i couldnt open a car by the remote. when i opened and enter key into ignition, alarm was beeping.
I tried two other keys for my LS400. Locking funcion works as: when i click and hold lock i hear beep that tolds me that the windows will be closing (noting happens)
when i click TRUNK OPEN key, trunk opens as always... but nothing happens when i'm using UNLOCK key (just red led on key blinks)
What happened ? my alarm central is broken ?

Try a new battery first. If not another remote with fresh battery. Barring that, hunt down another compatible remote to test.
PD can chime. To reset although the ignition usually does it, a lock and unlock sequence with the key in the driver door is the method I use.
