Default torque converter

about 3 months ago i changed the rear main seal on my 93 ls400
when i took off the transmission i noticed that the torque converter
had some grinding on the inside from the transmission rod that goes into it
when i drive the car and really floor it
when the trans shifts gears it makes a
squeak/grinding sound it does not at regular speed should i change the
torque converter
also did a transmission flush but that did not help
used the appropriate oil and level of fluid is perfect
should i got to auto zone and buy one
