Oil Control Valve bank 2

Merry Christmas! I am getting a code of 1354 which is VVT system malfunction (Bank 2), from everything I have seen on the forum it is most likely the oil control valve. I only see one OC valve in billypowe's pic...where is the oil control valve for bank 2 (passenger side)?

it is on the other side, right front, you need to remove more items to see it, and get it out... I cleaned mine but didnt take a photo of it..

I was getting check engine and VSC light on also for my 99 ls400 about 2 years ago i forgot what the check engine code was but the VSC light went away after i changed the ABS Pump
