Default help me with the problem of transmission

Hello ..
My car Lexus LS 400-98
Problems in transmission. Was working normally, and suddenly no longer works on D as well as R and my car is not moving at all. When the attempt is not transferred I do not feel the movement a voice carrier as usual. What is the problem?

Is sensitive transmission gears cause this problem?

First: thank you for your reply.
Second: I'm sorry because my language is not English, but I use the Google translator to communicate with you.
Third: I changed the oil consumed almost 3 liters. And also did not move. What could be the reason?

Of course. I changed the fluid was not moving well. And examined the car in running condition and also not moving.
For the last time I drove I can not find anything different, but suddenly stopped Biography and left for 10 minutes then moved, but if you reach the stop change, 4, and then no longer move never

if the wrong fluid and/or wrong quantity was used then yes that is why.

fluid must be Toyota Type-4 only (genuine fluid)

What if the sensors? Because my friend happened to him and found that the sensors are the cause.

If you changed the filter take the transmision pan off again and make sure you didn't pinch any wires for the shift solenoid. The car is in limp mode. does it move in other gears like 1 and 2?
