Default Lost power to driver's side seat

I've lost all power to my driver's side seat, while the passenger seat still works fine. The seatbelt light on the dash flashes constantly. I found a 30 amp fuse under the dash, but it looks good (plus it controls the passenger side seat). Any ideas? Thanks (1998 LS400)

check to make sure the harness underneath the seat is still plugged in and not damaged, a strong kick from a passenger behind or something rolling under there that's heavy could possibly knock the harness loose or damage the wiring itself.

Where did you find fuses dedicated to the seat controls? The only fuse I found was tied into the seats and a few other things.

The "fuse"in the driver's side kick panel fuse box is according to the handbook a 30A circuit breaker but this also supplies the theft deterrent, seat control and fuel opener systems. Is there a separate fuse fitted under each seat?
