Default O2 sensor simulator

Hi all. I deleted my cats on my 1998 LS400 due to the cats clogged up after searching on this forum. Saw a lot of ppl suggesting going with 2.25" straight pipes into an X pipe and then mufflers. So that's what I'm having the shop done. My question is what do I do with the O2 sensors? I looked through most, and maybe all the searches and saw ppl either don't have them cuz their car are pre 94, or not mentioned clearly about what they did about the O2 sensors. One did say something about using the simulater to trick the ECU into thinking that the air is fine so it would function normally. Anyone knows more about this and would like to give me more details? Anything would be greatly appreciated. And I've been learning a lot through the searches, but couldn't find the answer so here I am. Thanks.
