Default Need help identifying suspension part

Hey guys i was doing a brake job on my girlfriends 2000 LS400 and i found a rusted-through suspension piece. I would like to find a replacement but i don't know the part # or name.

heres some pics
the good one on driver side

bad one on passenger side

Any help would be appreciated.

Also does anyone know the part number the the front brake hardware kit (the little metal clip fittings and such)?

Previous owners mechanic sucked!

Idk but it looks like a strut bar. I'm not 100% sure though. I'm looking at a pic in the 93 manual and that's the only thing that looks anything like it.
That's alot of rust there. How much salt do you actually have in Ga.? Damn.

Thanks so much PD! I really appreciate it!!

@ deanshark, I helped her buy the car in June. It was a boston car. Hopefully the rust will slow down here in GA.
