Iam changing the starter but ive ran into an issue.., i took off all the nuts and bolts for the intake manifold and set loose looks like its ready too come off and lifts about an inch but there is something twords the firewall (the back of intake) that doesnt let it come off..? anyone help please!

did you get the 2 14 bolts on the back of the intake ? not sure how a 99 is but my 90ls and 94 sc and 95 sc have them like that.... good luck

well i got it off and am taking off the final bolt from the starter but the bolt on the left is pretty hard and dont want to lose it if it falls. im going to try and take off the coolant crossover thing so that i can get a better grip on the bolt. its already loose.
