I have a 1990 Ls400 with 9004 single beam hid's (non oem). the hid only have two prongs and you need the oem or halogen bulbs with the high beam three prongs to make the fog lights turn on... I don't know what to do.. can or does any one know how to get these fog light to work with the single beam hid lights?

uh the hi beam should be on the same bulb as the hid.

do you mean wire it to the high beams instead of the (oem) low beams

You're going to have to add a separate switch and wire up your fogs to that. Easiest solution IMHO.

The fogs only come on with the low beams,so I think that your hids are running off the highbeam wiring,so you will have to move the spade in the plug to the lowbeam.
