I tried putting on the back wheels of a BMW 745i (identical to the ones pictured earlier in this thread) on my 95 ls400 today just to see how they looked with the adapters. The back tires stick out about two inches! I'm thinking that the adapters are to thick (1.25")? I can't see them tucking with a simple camber adjustment and minor fender modification. The rear tire size is the stock size equipped on the BMW (275/40/19).

Also, I haven't tried fitting the front wheels (245/45/19) yet but I will be using the same spacers from the rear (1.25"). Can anyone who is running these wheels on there ls400's please let me know what to do. Car has normal suspension and is all stock. Specific setups would be ideal but any information would be much appreciated.

You will need stretch, pulled fenders and some camber to make these fit.

So -8 in the rear? I'm running -9 in the rear with a 225/35 on the 10 and just have a massive pull. Need smaller tires to go a little bit lower though .

You'd be better off buying adapters. Adaptec can make you custom 15-60mm adapters for 160 shipped per pair.

-8 is how low the offset of the wheels is effectively with adapters.

Stretch is putting a undersized tire on a wide wheel. Like a 225/40 on a 10 when the same wheel came with a 275/45 from the manufacture/dealership/etc.

This visual will help it make more sense.

Pull is pulling the fender and quarter panel metal outward to fit low offset and or wide wheels that wouldn't otherwise fit.

Roll is rolling your fenders so the inner lip is flush with the rest of the wheel well so the tire doesn't rub with aggressive fitment.

i went with a 19mm thick adapter, cut my rear fender, drop it and your natural camber will sink the tire in

Default LS400 UCF10 BMW 745i Style 95s

Not sure if I've seen this covered or not. I'm in the process of putting Style 95s on my 1991 LS400 UCF10. Would it be possible to run (x4) rear 19x10 wheels, and ditch the 19x9 in the front?

Could I fit a 19x10 +24 under the front?

What size spacer and tire are needed to make it work?

please search, yes you'll need adapters or redrilled wheels. any fitment is possible if you're willing to do the bodywork...

I have searched and I'm looking for advice. I understand I will need custom wheel adapters, but my questions is what size. Effectively I will be putting a 19x10 up front (225/35/19). What offset would be most efficient? Can I get more tire (235/35)?

The wheel is 19x10 +24.... minimum custom adapter/spacer is 19mm. What offset do I need up front to clear?

This will not be an aggressive setup at all. Not very low, just classy. Any 19x10 up front input? Do you think a 10" wheel up front will just cause problems regardless of tire size and offset?
