Default Millenium Edition?

I noticed some of the cars were described as "Millenium Edition." The only other time I've seen that descriptor was on an 2000 ES300 I saw on eBay, for sale in Canada. I also noticed that there was reference to Winnepeg in the LS picture site. Was the "Millenium Edition" only offered in the Canadian market? I've seen plenty of Coach Edition and Platinum Series vehicles, but only the few Millenium Edition vehicles mentioned before. Also, by looking at the grilles of those LS400s, I couldn't tell any variations between that and a standard LS. How does one tell? The ES I saw for sale looked like a Platinum Series except for having "Millenium Edition" door sills.

I think it was called 'Millenium Edition" in Canada and "Platinum Edition" here but its the same car except for the badging difference.
