Default 92 LS400 stock airsus help please!!

Ok so I just bought a 92 LS400 that was suppose to be stock air but was changed to springs. So I bought a set of stock air suspension and installed it but now the bag are deflated.. I think I did it right but having some problems with it.. I put the switch in the trunk to on mode and tried to mess with the HIGH/NORMAL switch n sport switch but doesn't make any different noise or anything change.. What should I check...? No air goes in the bags and my normal button blinks repeatedly.. Anyone is socal that could come by and help me would be great.. I'd pay u or whatever to fix it because I can't drive the car like this.. Anyone got any solutions..?

1. Fuse/relays to check?
2. Compressor or something gone bad or needs cleaning?
3. Parts I should check since it was converted to a spring combo?

Why doesn't air go in!?!?!?!? help me ASAP!!!

first things to check:
-are all necessary components (ecu and compressor) still there? can you see/hear them?
-there are 1 or more airsusp fuses, located both in the driver's footwell fuse box and the main engine bay fuse box (iirc). make sure these are there and not blown.

Compressors are there I believe which is the one in the trunk that connects the air lines and one in front passenger wheel fender liner area? I don't hear any air from any side or the motor move when I change sport mode.. Any help please! Leave message or if ur local pm me if u could help.

take it off, run 12v through it to see if its really gone
that way you're sure its not an electrical issue.

Ran the + n - to the plug to the compressor and it spins but locks fast.. Does it mean I need to change the compressor?

Alright did a bit of work today after work.. Took the whole thing out and apart.. The compressor is actually easy to rebuild. It's just like rebuilding a starter kinda.. It works fine but the piston rod in the compressor broke.. Anyone know where I could get the replacement part? If not I'm gonna have it taken to a aluminum welder place to reweld the rod back together..

PROBLEM again! bought the compressor but now only the fronts lift up.. They lift up like a fist and a half... the rears don't go at all... What should I check now...? I switched the hose spot to make the compressor go pump the rears just to make sure it holds air and it does.. but the front lose it after I switch it.. Any solutions?
