Question on Needed Stereo Amp - LS400
I need a new stereo amp for my '93 LS 400. Which one should I get? I don't need a real expensive one. Just one that is moderately priced. I know this is a real open-ended, general question, but after reading various posts I am a bit confused.
Should I get a 2 channel or multi-channel? Or something else?
Also, where is the amp located on the '93 LS 400?

Help with choosing an Stereo AMP
That question is about as wide as what car should I buy. So answer the following:
What is the amp for? To replace the original amp since it has died.
What type of music do you listen to? All types. Mainly rock and classical
What do you expect the amp to do? Provide music to all speakers at or above specs for the original '93 LS400
What is your budget? $250 - $300
Who is installing the amp? Have not researched it.
