94 ls400 a/c deos not blow hard

i have a 94 ls 400 a/c controls work low med high and it blows cold it just does not blow very hard at all. When its on low you can barely feel it. When on high a slight difference. Any hints

Blower motor maybe out. It's in the passenger side, gotta tear apart the whole assembly.

Do you hear it kick up a notch? If so, then maybe the cabin filter is clogged.
