the part to cut away from is just before the rear y-pipe - get an aftermarket y-pipe and aftermarket rear resonators (optional) and mufflers and you'll get nice flow and sound improvements

It is metric so you have to use aproximates.

The outlets from the catalysts are 60mm = 2.36" (I would use 2.25" to repair)

The above outlets have an ugly slash cut and then quickly neck down to 50mm = 1.97" (use 2.0" to repair).

The 2 pipes join to form the Y and the outlet is 60mm but quickly necks down to 55mm for the center resonator. I would replace with 2.5" but definitely keep the Y part that the factory makes by squeezing each 50mm pipe into a half moon shape to make up the 60mm outlet. This section is a torque maker.
