Am I understanding this right?
You failed European emission test.
Your check engine light is not on.
Your question is if your forced induction kit is messing with your O2/Lambda sensor?
The answer is no, not likely.
First of all, you need to pull codes, sometimes you will have a code but CEL will not trigger. Also, you need to tell us why you failed emissions. I don't know about the European MOT test, but in the US if you fail, they tell you why, whether it is too much CO2, NOX, etc.
Also, you need to tell us the year of your car, and your engine setup.

Is it the primary sensors, or the secondary? im not sure which 1 didnt know there were 2 then i said if a car (my car had a pair of 4" back mufflers that were really loud and a pair of adjustable baffles were fitted th closed up a fare bit to reduce the volume of the exhaust not and also altering the speed of which the gases are released i.e adding back pressure would that make the lambder sensors give strange readings
