Default Odd transmission problem(i think)

My 96 LS (178k) has been acting kinda weird lately. If i am just cruising at 45mph and let off the gas, it starts slowing down immediately(as if it were a manual left in gear), then after it falls to about 35 it will shift then coast normally. It also will do this at 75mph, however it will not start coasting until ~55mph.

Only other issues i'm having with it is a random low idle, random die at idle(immediately starts back up).

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kyle

Just went and looked and didn't find a computer at all. All i found was the air filter(HOLY CRAP dirty BTW). Only wires that i saw were to the lefthand side.
