Default Stereo Install... HEEEEEELP!!!!

So I got my single din install kit for my LS400 today! But, I'm missing that part off my stereo that you bend up to position the head unit... (generally they come with the head unit). Where do I get a new one? Hell I don't even know what its called. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions on this problem?

so my wiring harness (87+ toyota) doesn't work with my lexus uggg I have a nak system... what do i do...)

go to a stereo shop that does installation and ask for the cage on your brand... Offer to give them $5 or something. They do alot of installs that don't use the cage...

You really meant the sleeve? Come with the headunit out of the box to hold the HU secure in place. Has little tabs that can be bent up to keep it in place. Yeah, most of the stereo shop would have those laying around. Because in most of the Nissan, Mazda, Mitsubishi and some newer Honda, you have to take that sleeve off and bolt the HU directly to the metal brackets.

for the nak you have to use a custom harness. so get out your wiring harness and soldering iron...

I CANT cut anything in the car, just a little preface, this car was my grandmothers (R.I.P) and it has to be able to return to stock...

will this work for me?

i have the 87 + toyota wiring harness that was "supposed" to work but since i have the Nak system... it doesn't but from what i gather the one i posted above should take the unamped signal from my Head Unit and send it to the amp...

Yah just run RCA's to an aftermarket amp... then run a new power/ground. Then all you'll have to find in the harness is a acc wire to tap into... the you won't have to cut anything...

y not find a wiring diagram for the nak system, take the prongs out of the aftermarket harness and rearrange them into the right spot on the plastic conecter so that u dont have do cut and reattach all those wires

cause you have to send RCA out of the head unit to the amp...
