Advisory - cherry 1991 LS400?
I was kicking tires at Betts Lexus in Des Moines last week and saw that they have on their lot a 1991 LS400 with only 31,000 miles on it. Must not be too many of those around. It looked to be in mint condition. Seems that a died-in-the-wool LS fan might be able to snap up a bargain.

My recollection is that they were asking $12,000. I guess if I were seriously interested, after inspecting, driving, and learning of its history, I'd offer something like $10,000 for it and see what they said. ... Don't know about warranty; seems that that could be negotiable, too. Possibly a buyer could get them to stand behind it for a month or two at the least.
