Front and Rear Windshield Removal?
Hey all, what's the best way to remove a windshield from a 1st Gen. LS400? A guide or instructions, along with what tools would be needed, would be GREAT. Thanks!

As far as I know the front screens are bonded types i.e no rubber surround and as fitting is a specialist job I would think removal without causing damage would not be easy.
The rear may be rubber sealed but the chances of getting it out in one piece I would doubt success.

Hey guys,
I have a 90 LS400 and am picking up a 93 parts car tomorrow and I wanted to switch the windshields because mine has a fairly big rock chip in it. I know it's probably too ridiculous for me to do myself but I have the time and workspace to do the switch myself. Is the aforementioned manual that shows the windshield replacement procedure available online or anything? I don't think it's in the stickied linked service manual but maybe I'm not looking hard enough.
Sorry for reviving an old thread but I figure this is more appropriate than making a new one like a scrub.
Thanks in advance
