I would probably take some graphite lubricant and try to get some in there.

I hope it's not a symptom that your handle is about to break:

My 90 had a broken driver's side door handle. I was able to get by without replacing it, but it would stick up sometimes.

You should be able to get it at most auto parts stores and maybe hardware stores. I would just try to blow it in there from the outside.

I had a 91 ES250 that did that and it was a broken door handle. But if it isn't broken, any good lube will work usually. Tri Flow, maybe some spray lithium...

Any tips on where to spray the lubricant? Can I just lubricate from outside door? My handle works, but after opening door, it doesn't retract to original position. Thanks!!

Best access is by removing interior door panel.

If unfamiliar with removing interior trim panel, highly recommend you obtain the relevant chapter from Lexus shop manual.

Cool! But I actually got lucky, I fully extended the handle & cleaned it with dry brush & compressed Air. Next I coated the silver part with KRYTOX GPL 205 lubricant and it is FIXED!!! I use the Krytox for lubricating my mechanical keyboards & xbox one gamepad joysticks, so I took a chance and got lucky.

I also lubricated the extending door panel pockets & center console tracks. Worked like a charm.
