Default Still rim shopping.. need opinions

I've been shoppping around and these caught my eye (Rota P45Rs)

They look great and I think that's due to the vast offsets that Rota offers. I would probably get mine in 18x8.5 +20 offset for front , and a 18x9.5 +12 offset in the rear. Couple that to some 235/45/18 for fronts and 255/40/18 for the rears and I think it would pretty good. Here's an example of P45Rs on an SC, I think they look smashing. BTW, my car is a 2LS in Ebony Teal Pearl.

(This is not my image)

How would they look on my LS ?

I don't like them. I think LS rims need to be thicker or have more spokes. This is a big cruising car. Looks like something you would see on a civic. Have you looked at the GS430 or LS430 rims. Even the SC430 rims I think would look good seen a few pics on an LS400, I don't like the SC430 rims on the SC430 but on the LS it looks good.

They look better than the goofy 60" VIP wheels I see around these parts.

I think your car would look great with those five spokes you posted, Renato. I say go for it.

Too sporty IMHO.
Your LS deserves better in both design and manufacturer.

there's nothing vip about that. do some research.

imo, rota is generally sucky and that particular style is not fitting at all.

those wheels won't fit on the '95-up cars.

I would go with the SC430 wheels too or other newer model Lexus wheels over ANY Rotas. If they dont clear the brakes its nothing a spacer cant fix.If you search up Kics spacers they are pricey but they come with studs on the spacer itself, saving you the hassle of installing longer studs.

Those Rotas look way too sporty.

Well thanks for all of your responses.. It seems like not many of you swallowed these ones. I shall continue shopping.. how about O.Z Canyons ?

Here are the specs :

- Offset: 35mm
- Backspacing: 6.29"
- Bolt Pattern: 5-114
- Weight: 32.0lbs.

Will they fit and how would they look ? I'm sorry but I really like 5 spokes

Found a pair of LS430 rims in silver(not chrome) and am picking them up Sunday. Anyone have a pic of the silver ones on a car?
